We understand when a listing goes live marketing the home is vital but the New federal regulations and insurance requirements will cause some delays and we apologize for the inconvenience and delays. Sunshine 811 is only available Monday - Friday and they do not operate on weekends or holidays. Because of their work schedule, locating utility lines could take up to 72 hours to obtain a certificate. Florida statute does not allow us to install a post until 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS after the dig ticket request has been submitted. unfortunately, this will cause a delay with post install requests submitted at the end of the week. We will submit the dig request for you in order to simplify this process for the Agent but we are kindly asking that you submit your post install request 3 days before the listing goes live in order to expedite the utility line marking process. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

POST INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:

Post install requests received by close of business on MONDAY will be installed on THURSDAY.

Post install requests received by close of business on TUESDAY will be installed on FRIDAY.

Post install requests received by close of business on WEDNESDAY will be installed on MONDAY.

Post install requests received by close of business on THURSDAY will be installed on TUESDAY.

Post install requests received by close of business on FRIDAY will be installed on WEDNESDAY.

Post install requests received on SATURDAY will be installed on WEDNESDAY.

Post install requests received on SUNDAY will be installed on WEDNESDAY.

All OUT OF AREA install requests will be installed on the SATURDAY once the dig ticket has been submitted and 2 full business days have passed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or delays that this might cause you, but we must comply with the statute and our insurance provider's requirements.

Agents: Please note, any company that says they can still provide installs within 24 to 48 hours is not adhering to Florida Statute 556 and can be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence and will risk not being covered by their insurance company if damages occur while providing an install.
